In the app or on the website
- Log in at bgbazaar.ae/login (or in the app).
- Open Your profile and scroll to Delete account.
- Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
What is deleted
Your account, name, email address, password and sign-ins, your Google or Apple connection, your username (and any you gave up), My List, your phones’ notification tokens and settings, your WhatsApp number and the photos of your games. This happens straight away and can’t be undone.
What is kept
Games you requested remain only as anonymous request counts. A seller’s unsold games come off the site and their photos are deleted; the record of each listing stays, without the account, and the organiser’s activity log keeps its record of past changes, including the name of who made them. Reports you sent stay, without your account.
Can’t log in?
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
